Words of Memories

Just came back from 9th Sarawak State Level Marching Band Competition yesterday midnight 1:30am.. Our band (CH Band) got the 2nd and the Best Preparation Award in the competition.. Although we did not achieve all our targets, and our targets are State Champs, and National Champs, but it's alright, cos we really enjoyed the show and did our very very very best already.. So, no regrets ehh? But some of us still cried after the result was announced(include me la ^^) 4 years+ of our instructor, Mr. Mitsuo Nonami's dream, 15 years of Puan Soh's dream, 4 years of Mr. Chin's dream, 30 years+ of seniors' dream, 5-6 years of form 5's dream, and our dream, we failed to achieve it this year.. Well nvm, this year cannot, doesn't mean that next year cannot right? After dismissal on the competition day, Puan Soh brought us out of the hall to somewhere under many trees.. Then, she talked to us a while, she told us that she was not even crying of her 15 years of dream, why ...

Today our band had practice from morning til evening 5pm.. In the morning, after a period of time of practicing under the sun, we had a rest.. I walked to Jia Yang there, then he put his snare drum on the floor.. We chatted a while then, his snare drum with a hi-hat was gonna fell off, I quickly went to grab the drum and accidentally injured my middle finger.. the hit-hat went into the flesh inside my fingernail.. Then the blood started to bleed, I quickly went to wash it.. Anyway, at last, the snare drum still fell off lol.. Anyway, was a great day cos Puan Soh treated us Kokoberry drink :D

Well well well..money money money.. If I don't have afternoon class, my mom will give me RM3..if possible, Ill save them.. If I got afternoon class, my mom will give me RM6..Will use RM3.50 for lunch, so will save RM2.50.. If I got band practice til night time, my mom will give me RM11.. Will use RM3.50 for lunch, RM6++ for dinner and also need to buy mineral water for RM1.50 cos I will drink finish my water..so will lose about RM2++.. So complicated zz.. Gotta try to save money!! ~bored~ p/s: Happy Birthday to Sheau Nyuik and Happy Retirement to Puan Marina! :D

This afternoon Eric, Jia Wei, Nico, Melvin, Hairi and I were participated in the 4th Miri Run.. Well at first we wanted to join this activity was just because of that there will be free t-shirt and certificate if you join this run.. Well this run was quite fun.. YB Dr. Chan and other YB was there for the opening ceremony.. After the opening ceremony ended, we started our run.. We ran to Imperial Hotel first, I got a '4th Miri City Day Celebration Run' CD from there =).. After that, we went to Sin Liang Supermarket there, chilled around the street then ran to Sun City Restaurant, we drank a cup of water there.. Then we continued our run to the fly-over brigde near the football field.. We got a keychain there.. Then we ran to Parkson, the whole fly-over bridge was ocupied by us, very cool.. Then we chilled around Hokkien Road(near my house :p) haha.. We gotta find 5 ang pao's in Parkson carpark and whoever got it will get a free voucher for staying in Mulu's Hotel for 3 ...

Well today our Chinese teacher, Ms. Wee Yang Tze who had tought us Chinese subject for already like half a year, retired her job due to the tiredness of facing all the naughty students in our school that doesn't respect her during her lesson.. An yway, she was a very good teacher, and student haha.. So, I think she was the best Chinese teacher that I've ever seen in my life haha.. Her teaching was interesting, and won't make people fall asleep, and some people just like to make noise during her lesson..>:( This morning during recess time, she came to our class and ga ve each of us a lollipop as present.. Well our class also gave her a teddy bear with our own money and we also wrote something in cards to say something to her before she leaves our school.. Furthermore! During this afternoon lunch break, she also came to our class, and took a photo with our class students with her phone..Then she left.. ANYWAY, bye bye teacher Yang Tze, good luck in ur fut ure and ur furt...

On 13/4/2009, our school brass band went to Murcia, Spain for a competition.. Arrived Madrid in 2 days, very tired on the plane.. Then waited for our luggage.. me and some band members' luggage were lost.. Then Puan Soh told the British Airways officer to solve it.. Then we took bus to Murcia from Madrid for about 5 hours.. Then we reached there at night, checked in hotel, went for dinner.. Every single meals of us was buffet, many of us dunno how to eat the food on the first day, tasted so weird, but after few days, we started to enjoy it.. Competition and performance for 4 days.. We walked parade for very very long distance, very tired.. Crowds surrounded us, thousands of them.. On last day, we walked 8km parade, very very tired, Rodrick's leg was hurt due to overtired.. MILLIONS of people watching us.. And finally, we won..THE HERCULES AWARD!! We were very tired on that day, but very excited!! Yep, we did not dissapoint Tan Sri Ting and our school.. Just back from Murcia.. D...

Woo I will be leaving Miri for Spain this afternoon at 4:30pm, and will be back to Miri on the 22nd of April around 10:00am.. So excited, first time travel to far country.. Keep on worrying that will forget to bring something and thinking what will happen in the plane with us these nuts kids.. Gonna bring the Hercules Award back for my school, country and Asia.. Well I think everything is under controlled by God.. Gotta go check in luggage soon, so excited ahh!!! Hope my luggage wont overweighted.. All the best luck to us =)
