I'm a person who takes promises seriously, that I will always keep the promises I made to people, because I really don't like it when people break promises. I used to be extremely mindful of people who break their promises to me. I would be extremely angry and sad at the same time, perhaps that was disappointment.  However, as I grow up and experience more things in life, I became not that mindful about people breaking their promises anymore. Well, many people asked me why did I want to lose weight and how did I succeed to lose so much weight in 2 months. So in this post, I will share with you all about the reason I wanted to lose weight and how did I lose weight. These are several reasons that I wanted to lose weight: i) To have a healthier body(not too fat). ii) To have a better looking. iii) I hate being criticized by others. Imagine that how will you feel when other people criticize you. p/s: there are few more reasons which I don't want to publish in public. Above are some of my main reasons of having diet. Yes!! Larry Yong Sie Yi is on fire now!! He wants to burn his fat!! He wants to lose weights!! He wants to be slim!! He doesn't want to be so 'chubby' anymore!! And!!! In order to achieve that, He jogs everyday around his house area!! He does 50 times of push up everyday after jogging!! He tries not to eat so much!! He is looking for many many sport activities!! He prays to God for the blessing upon him that he will make this a successful diet!! So.. anyone support me???? haha..
